Arthur Davis

Senior Client Advisor | ADavis@itac.nyc

Arthur brings his clients 25 years of management consulting experience in corporate reorganization, strategic planning, business and client development, marketing and sales, and operations and financial management in the manufacturing, service, and not-for-profit sectors.
Prior to joining ITAC, Arthur worked as a financial analyst, as a senior consultant at Stone & Webster Management Consultants, and had his own consulting practice specializing in corporate planning and reorganization. He also worked as Vice President for an entertainment company whose clients included Reebok and Coca-Cola and has been using his advisory and process improvement expertise to help ITAC clients since 2000.

Arthur has been quoted in publications including The New York Times and Crain’s New York Business. He has advised the New York City Taxi and Limousine Commission on organizational reform, not-for-profit organizations on expanding their membership and services, has taught at the New School University and given Leadership workshops to CEOs and entrepreneurs at the 92nd Street Y. In addition, he has given testimony as an expert on best practices before United States Senator John McCain’s investigating committee on boxing reform and appeared as an expert witness on best practices before The New York State Commission on Corruption in Boxing. Arthur received a Masters of Business Administration degree in Corporate and Investment Finance from New York University.

Lelia Kacha

Marketing Associate | LKacha@itac.nyc

Lelia joined ITAC as Marketing Associate in 2019, focusing on developing ITAC’s reach, leading market research efforts, and consulting with NYC small businesses on their marketing strategy. She had previously assisted ITAC with Market Research and Strategic Funding.

Prior to joining ITAC, Lelia worked in Business Development and Client Services at Interaudi Bank. There, she was responsible for building long-term business relationships, while managing corporate and personal accounts for over a thousand International clients. Lelia has also completed internships in brand management and marketing at L’Oréal, Arcade Beauty, MyGradPad, and Prestige Brands.

Lelia graduated from Boston College with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Communication.

Paul McQuade

Director of Operations | PMcQuade@itac.nyc

Paul joined ITAC in 2008 and oversees ITAC’s day to day operations. Paul helps develop key processes to streamline existing procedures to improve efficiency. In 2010 Paul served a dual role as the Strategic Operations Coordinator serving as a liaison between ITAC, its off-site Workforce 1 Employment Center and NYC Department of Small Business Services where he developed and implemented a work plan for cross center collaboration. Paul has served as part of ITAC’s management team since 2012 and is a 2013 graduate of NIST MEP’s Emerging Leaders Program.

Prior to joining ITAC, Paul spent seven years overseeing the day to day operations at Urban Organic, a small Brooklyn company that offers a home delivery service of organic produce in the tri-state area.

Paul is a graduate of Brooklyn College with a Bachelor of Arts in TV/Radio, and a minor in Film Studies.

Joel Maul

Director of Client Services | JMaul@itac.nyc

Joel brings 20 years of management experience working in financial services and engineering with core experiences in project management, team building and operations. At ITAC, Joel works to develop engineering principles for chemical process industries by partnering with the American Institute of Chemical Engineering’s RAPID Institute. RAPID is a Manufacturing USA Institute that supports process intensification and modular manufacturing for the chemical industry.

Before joining ITAC, Joel worked as a nuclear engineer for the US Department of Navy managing multimillion-dollar projects for ship repair. The motto “Any ship, any time, any place” guided Joel to form teams for deployment across the globe supporting the US Navy’s nuclear program. Joel also worked in financial services managing programs and information for investors which yielded millions in savings. These varied experiences led to Joel to his current role working directly with companies to develop their businesses - and industries - as a whole.

Along with his many years of professional experience, Joel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in chemical engineering from NC A&T State University and a Master of Science in Management degree from Boston University.

Mary McKay

Director of Advanced Manufacturing | MMckay@itac.nyc

Mary has twenty years of combined customer-facing leadership, operations and value creation experience in both corporate and startup environments.

Prior to joining ITAC, Mary spent a decade in the Energy industry at General Electric, building up her operations and project management experience. At GE, she was project manager for 8 large-scale power plant projects, managed GE’s Project Management Leadership Program (PMLP) globally spanning multiple GE businesses, was responsible for cost of quality reduction across Power Gen (12B+ business), and was a graduate of the Operation Management Leadership Program (OMLP), where she held various roles in sourcing/supply chain and operations; Mary is also a certified six sigma blackbelt.

After GE, Mary was an early stage startup consultant advising over 60+ entrepreneurs and was herself a social entrepreneur for a year where she led early stage development of a drinking water business to provide access to clean water. Then she spent four years at an international social enterprise, WaterHealth International, as the Director of Special Projects, where she increased customer value via distribution, social marketing, and customer insights.

Currently, Mary leads the growth of ITAC’s advanced manufacturing offerings and capabilities and also focuses on organizational growth and operations.

She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Union College and an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Peter Janover

Vice President of Client Services | PJanover@itac.nyc

As Vice President of Client Relations, Peter’s responsibilities range from training and managing ITAC’s sales force, to mentoring business owners, advising their Boards of Directors, developing sales, marketing, and strategic plans, delivering financial planning and budgetary controls services, and developing organizations through team building initiatives. Peter is also ITAC’s certified Personal Business Advisor and serves on the organization’s Management Team.

Peter started his career as Owner and President of three vertically integrated food-manufacturing companies that sold their products nationally to the supermarket, food service, and wholesale bakery industries. While involved in all phases of these businesses, he concentrated on strategic planning, financial restructuring, turnaround management, and sales and marketing and then sold these companies to a Fortune 500 corporation. He then founded a consulting company that delivered management and financial services to clients across various industries.

Peter received his Bachelor of Science degree, with honors, from Cornell University, and received his Masters of Business Administration from Columbia Business School.

Kinda Younes

Executive Director | KYounes@itac.nyc

Kinda brings to ITAC over twenty-five years of experience in entrepreneurship, corporate development and operations management. Prior to joining ITAC, she was Chief Operating Officer of RevolutionWear, a successful startup combining innovative design with technology to create superior products in the menswear/athletic field for global distribution. Prior to that, she co-founded a patent-owning marketing technology company empowering organizations to bridge the gap between online marketing and in-store commerce through the use of universally unique shopping IDs. She also previously worked as management consultant at a number of technology and Internet startups, focusing mostly on operations management. Her prior experience includes working in PepsiCo’s Corporate Strategy department, where she was part of the team responsible for determining Frito-Lay’s (the world’s leading snacks manufacturer) international expansion strategy. She started her career at Goldman Sachs in Mergers and Acquisitions, advising clients regarding mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, raid defenses, joint ventures and restructurings.

Kinda holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from McGill University (Canada) and an MBA from INSEAD (France).

Mei Sit

Accounting Associate | MSit@itac.nyc

Mei initially joined ITAC over twenty years ago, and has had growing responsibilities ever since thanks to her drive to constantly pursue new challenges, and her strong multi-tasking capabilities. She is now the proposal/project coordinator, and also assists the Accounting Department. In her current role, Mei handles all aspects of support documentation for accounting entries and accounts’ maintenance, preparing invoices and account statements, analyzing data, and compiling reports required by management and funders.

Prior to joining ITAC, Mei worked in both the entertainment and the retail industries as an office manager. She is a graduate of the Drake Business School.

Raj Sharma

Senior Client Advisor | RSharma@itac.nyc

Raj worked as a Field Engineer for ITAC from 1996-2000 with a focus on the printing and paper industries. He then went to work as President for Frontier Building Products and Project Manager for Warren Lumber and Millwork before returning to ITAC in the Fall of 2008. Raj brings to ITAC almost 30 years of experience working in a number of manufacturing fields. He is a manufacturing, distribution, and operations industry professional who has managed and led enterprise-wide business process improvement projects in the building materials supply, woodworking, wall décor, and printing industries.

Raj received his Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from The Cooper Union, a diploma in Financial Management from NYU, and a Master of Science in Management of Technology from the Stevens Institute of Technology. He also recently achieved APICS CSCP – Certified Supply Chain Professional certification to help scope and identify emerging SME supply chain engagement activities. In addition, he is a certified instructor of Inventory Management, Lean Enterprise applications, Value Stream Mapping, Workplace Organization (5S), Business Process Analysis, and Re- engineering for all parts of the “Quote to Cash” cycle.
